Joining the Halo family starts with a one-time registration fee of $50 and a payment of the first three months of the membership fee collected at the time of registration. We offer memberships for individuals, couples, and families, as well as customized memberships for businesses. A current credit card needs to be kept on file for automatic monthly billing starting at the fourth month of your membership.
Halo’s Direct Primary Care is for individuals who do not have health insurance or have a very high deductible plan.
Augment your health with physician-developed and supervised wellness services beyond what standard primary care doctors provide.
The Halo Health concierge membership fee provides you with direct access to your medical care provider 24/7. Concierge care is not health insurance, it is private pay care that gives you responsive and personalized care from your primary physician. Halo Health membership does not replace your insurance, and our patients are required to carry health insurance. Your monthly subscription fee covers your copay regardless of the number of visits.
Please note, we do not accept Medicaid.
We currently accept the following insurances and are continuing to expand the list. If your insurance is not listed here, please call us. There are some policies that are high deductible policies that we do not accept. Please call our office at 919-830-3224 if you have a high deductible policy or if you are on Medicare and we will discuss your situation.
Halo Health will bill your insurance each time we provide care, however, if your insurance provider does not pay the standard claim, you will receive an invoice and be responsible for any amount beyond the copay. If you have a high deductible plan you will receive invoices from Halo Health until your deductible is met for the year.
We are available to help 24/7, but if your condition requires an in-person visit in the middle of the night, or on the weekend, there will be an additional service charge.
Be sure to ask about our veteran discount.
