Halo VIP Concierge Wellness Care

VIP concierge wellness care provides MD-supervised wellness care. Halo VIP wellness care can augment your health through physician-developed and supervised wellness services beyond the standard primary care doctors provide for patients who already have a primary care doctor. Halo VIP concierge wellness patients see their own primary care doctor for preventive, sick care, and chronic illness maintenance. $499 annual fee + $50 one-time registration fee + per visit cost

Halo’s concierge wellness services are mostly self-pay. A few of our wellness services are covered by insurance and Halo will bill your insurance when possible. Patients are responsible for any services and amounts unpaid by insurance.

Your Annual Membership for Halo VIP Concierge Wellness Care Includes

Annual physical in Halo’s Raleigh Village District office with executive blood panel and review of lab results with Halo physician.
A wellness target plan is established. (This includes things like nutritional supplementation, hormone and peptide therapies, metabolic optimization therapies, physician supervised weight loss, IV therapies, regenerative therapies such as PRP, anti-aging therapies like NAD+ as determined by the doctor to address optimal health)

Additional Costs

An annual fee of $499 is charged at the time patient becomes a member. Labwork is scheduled and the lab bills you directly. If you have insurance, Halo will file for the labwork and the patient will receive an invoice from the lab for any uncovered portion of the laboratory work.
Once we receive your lab results, we schedule your physical and wellness consultation with the doctor. Your lab results are reviewed and a plan is established to meet your wellness goals.
The annual fee covers your physical and first consultation with the doctor and the development of your wellness plan.
Other visits you need during the year, including follow-up visits if you are on any medications, are billed to you as they occur. Doctor time is billed at $300/hour.
Halo encourages records sharing with your primary care physician (at your permission) regarding your wellness care.
Any medications, prescriptions, therapies that are elected by you as part of your wellness plan are billed by us to you. We cannot bill insurance for elective wellness therapies.
If you take regular medications prescribed by your primary care physician, we do not prescribe for those, the only prescriptions we prescribe for are things that the Halo doctor prescribes to help you meet your wellness plan goals such as hormone replacement & weight loss prescriptions as determined by the doctor.
