Your subscription fee is a retainer that provides you with 24/7 access to your doctor. You will not pay a copay when we treat you because we apply your subscription fee toward your copay. We bill your insurance each time we provide care, and if your insurance provider does not pay the standard claim, you will receive an invoice from Halo and be responsible for payment, beyond the copay. If you have a high deductible plan, you are required by your insurance to meet your deductible and we are required to invoice you, so you will receive a bill from Halo until your insurance deductible is met for the year. We are available to help 24/7, but if your condition requires an in-person visit in the middle of the night or on the weekend, there will be an additional service charge. Refer to our Patient Care Service Menu for more detail of what is included in your membership subscription.
We also offer optional additional aesthetic* and wellness services that you may purchase toward achieving your wellness goals.

We use a HIPAA compliant clinical EMR application that keeps all of your medical information safe and secure. You’ll be able to access the Patient Portal to see your medical record and test results.
Halo Health is private pay concierge medical care, it is not medical insurance. We advise all patients to consult with their insurance provider regarding any in-network or out-of-network conditions of their policy and to check with their health insurance company regarding what is provided with their policy.
Medicare cannot be used to pay for Halo Health monthly subscription costs. Because Medicare and other private insurance policies are constantly changing, Halo is unable to advise patients regarding their policies and any supplemental coverages. Halo accepts a limited number of Medicare patients so please contact our office.
We are a concierge primary care physician provider. This service is not health insurance and does not cover every possible condition you may encounter, nor does it cover emergency treatment, hospitalization, surgery or specialist treatment. Maintaining health insurance is a requirement of participation in Halo Health practice.
We will always try to arrange to have your doctor see you for routine appointments. If you require help on a day when your doctor is off, another member of our team will give you care.
We do administer several vaccines plus flu vaccines. Some vaccines need to be special ordered. (e.g. hepatitis, shingles vaccines, HPV.) We may be able to provide these at cost for your convenience; otherwise we will help you find the best place to obtain them.
