Halo VIP Concierge Wellness Care

VIP concierge wellness care provides MD-supervised wellness care. Halo VIP wellness care can augment your health through physician-developed and supervised wellness services beyond the standard primary care doctors provide for patients who already have a primary care doctor. Halo VIP concierge wellness patients see their own primary care doctor for preventive, sick care, and chronic illness maintenance. $825 annual fee + $50 one-time registration fee + per visit cost

Your Annual Membership for Halo VIP Concierge Wellness Care Includes

Annual physical in Halo’s Raleigh Village District office with an annual advanced biomarker lab panel and review of lab results with Halo physician.
Development of a wellness target plan. This includes addressing nutritional supplementation, and, as needed, hormone and peptide therapies, metabolic optimization therapies, physician supervised weight loss, IV therapies, regenerative therapies such as PRP, anti-aging therapies like NAD+, all as determined by the doctor to address optimal health)

Additional Costs

An annual fee of $825 is charged at the time patient becomes a member and includes an advanced biomarker lab panel.
Your labs are drawn in our comfortable office in the Raleigh Village District. At that time we schedule your physical, lab review and wellness consultation with the doctor. This is usually about 2 weeks after your lab draw visit. The doctor reviews your lab results with you in depth and a plan is established to meet your wellness goals.
The annual fee covers your annual advanced lab panel, the office visit with the provider and development of your wellness plan. Your visit lasts about 2 hours, and will include body comp analysis, skin health scan and other evaulation as the provider deems necessary.
Other visits you need during the year, including follow-up visits if you are on any medications, are billed to you as they occur. Doctor time is billed at the current published annual rate.
Halo encourages records sharing with your primary care physician (at your permission) regarding your wellness care.
Any medications, prescriptions, therapies that are elected by you as part of your wellness plan are billed by us to you. We cannot bill insurance for elective wellness therapies.
If you take regular medications prescribed by your primary care physician, we do not prescribe for those. The only prescriptions we prescribe for therapies and treatments that the Halo doctor prescribes toward helping you meet your wellness plan goals such as hormone replacement weight loss prescriptions, peptide therapies. These prescriptions are billed to you through Halo's office and are not sent to insurance.
