Joining the Halo family starts with a one-time registration fee of $50 and a payment of the first three months of the membership fee collected at the time of registration. We offer memberships for individuals, couples, and families. A current credit card needs to be kept on file for automatic monthly billing starting at the fourth month of your membership.
Augment your health with physician-developed and supervised wellness services beyond what standard primary care doctors provide.
The Halo Health concierge membership fee provides you with improved access and relationship with your medical care provider. Concierge care is not health insurance, it is private pay care that gives you responsive and personalized care from your primary physician. Halo Health membership does not replace your insurance, and our patients are required to carry health insurance.
Please note, we do not accept Medicaid and limit the number of Medicare patients in the practice.

Halo Health will bill your insurance each time we provide care, however, if your insurance provider does not pay the standard claim, you will receive an invoice and be responsible for amounts unreimbursed by insurance.
